J & J Family Support Services started in 2024 with one simple goal: helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—and the families who support them—navigate adulthood with confidence.
As a family-based organization, we understand that every individual has unique goals, strengths, and challenges. That's why we take a person-centered approach, meeting people where they are and walking alongside them every step of the way.
Whether we meet in person, online, or by phone, our goal is to provide guidance, coordinate services, connect families with resources, and serve as a trusted partner throughout the journey.
Through Coordinated Family Support (CFS), we help adults (18+) living in the family home access services that promote independence, confidence, and community inclusion.
